- Objective: Stripping away the confusion around real bottom-line costs. We break down financial aid award letters, compare student loan options, map out scholarship search plans, and uncover hidden campus fees.

- Objective: Building a perfectly balanced list of schools (2 Reaches, 2 Targets, 2 Safeties) and establishing an easy digital tracker for grades, scores, and admission requirements.
Unit 6: Road Trip & Outreach Strategy
- Objective: Getting the most out of college visits (both virtual and in-person) and teaching students how to advocate for themselves and show genuine interest to admissions reps.

Phase 3: Application Foundation & Execution

Unit 7: The Profile & Activities Builder
- Objective: Translating the student's unique personal story into a standout activities and honors section inside the Common App.
Unit 8: The Application Project Manager
- Objective: Getting organized. We map out individual timelines, organize application portals/logins, and build an easy, stress-free deadline tracking system.

🧭 The "Lost Underclassman" Track

Best for Sophomores & Early Juniors. Uses Units 1, 2, and 3 to take a student from completely undecided to totally clear on who they are, what they want to study, and their ideal campus style.

⏰ The "Stressed Senior" Track

Best for Fall of Senior Year. Combines Units 4, 7, and 8 to quickly clean up a messy college list, polish the Common App profile, and get deadlines organized.

🛠️ The "Independent Do-It-Yourself" Track

Best for self-motivated, independent kids. Uses a multi-session pass covering Units 2, 4, 5, and 6 so the family gets expert instruction on majors and lists, but handles homework at home.

📝 Ground Rules & Boundaries

Course Completion Window: To maintain high momentum and prevent last-minute panic rushes, all sessions within a 3-Session Pass must be used within 4 months of enrollment, and 5-Session Passes must be used within 6 months. Unused sessions expire automatically.
The 48-Hour Lesson Lock-In: Because every session uses custom tools and specific resources, parents or students must confirm which unit they want to focus on at least 48 hours before our meeting so I am fully prepared for your child.
Academic Integrity: My College Conversation provides expert instruction, organization, and strategy, but does not fill out applications, write essays, or guarantee admission to any school. Like any good teacher, I provide the tools and guidance, but the student must complete their own work.
